The poster that IMDB shows uses the same image as the Carnosaur 2 poster, and I've seen another poster that uses an images from Jurassic Park. Couldn't they do any by themselves?

I own two different versions of this on DVD for some reason. One cover is literally just an image of a Jurassic Park raptor with a random, blue tint and recolored eyes, but the other one actually appears to be an original artwork. This is what it looks like:
