A bit like Tuesdays with Morrie

When I saw this movie it immediately reminded me of the movie Tuesdays with Morrie, which i recommend everyone to watch. I mean there are major differences between the movie like one is American and the other Argentinean. But the main characters Rafael and Mitch (in Tuesdays with Morrie) are very similar. They both have girlfriends who they neglect at the beginning. Both are impacted by severe illnesses. In Rafael's case he had a heart attack and his mother suffered from alzheimer and in Mitch case is Morrie who suffers from Lou Gehrig's disease. And there are many other similarities between both movie. Does anyone else see them or am I just imagining things??????


I just have to say that i LOVED both movies and they made me cry. They are worth watching!!!!
