Does anybody knows tha name of the dish that rafale is doing for the future owners of the restaurant? looks like pasta or cheese inside other think that I can't figure out, maybe a polenta (Italian food, boiled cornmeal).

i don't know the especific name of the dish but he said it was pasta inside of some cheese and the heat of the pasta melt the cheese
