Not sure if this was the FIRST song, but it was pretty much in the beginning during the Jill Henessy/Dinner party scene and you hear the horns blare in,... this song is about prozac, clalled "Lilly 110-140" by a band called Dave's True Story. (Prozac manufactured by Eli-Lilly)
