Can IMDB ban people from India to rate movies on imdb.com?

Not to be racist or anything.(I'm asian) Currently, there are 5 indian movies in imdb's top 250 lists-it should be sacred. These movies are not worthy to be listed as the top 250 films of mankind. Personally, I hate the fact that there are movies in 250 list that I haven't watched and all of which are Indian films.
Indian films just try way too hard. As much as I hate Korean drama, for example, for its stupidity, I'd rather watch a Korean than an indian film.

Why not ban you from IMDb?
All those indian movies in IMDb 250 are cult classics in India as well as Outside Asia.
Asian or not, you have a brain of a donkey.
FYI, Movies are added in the top 250 list of IMDb by their officials after they watch it once required user ratings are acheived.
Don't mock them, if you can't appreciate them.

Cult classics? By Indian's perspective maybe.
These movies are full of cliches, stupid dancing, stupid singing, and plot holes.
They're disgrace to films.

You cannot even see these movies without illegal downloading since they don't show them on theaters outside India.

The 3 Idiots movie is not Top 250 worth. And that is not opinion, it is a fact.

and a hollywood movie, even how crappy it is , belongs in this list right? you dumbass.
