I've never felt so abused then when playing swg galaxies. DOn't get me started. I'll sum it up for you.
Wipe out 8 months of gameplay in the loss of a faulty house, a bugged quest system, a changed jedi system, deletion of holocron achievements. That's just the start. I have more right than anyone I know to call SWG blasphemy. I was on since Beta even before the game came out. I was there through every expansion for over a year before I finally gave up. All my work for a year of playing was completely erased patch after patch after patch. I did every quest in the game, then they respeced it and I didn't get any badges. I had to do them all over again. I did 3 holocrons before they changed the system. I got no compensation. I even did the one class in the game I'd chosen NEVER to do. It wasn't that it was hard, its that it was demeaning. I was a wookie. The class : Master Dancer. I wanted to kill myself for the month it took. THen the holocron system was deleted.
This is only the beginning. Personally, never have I been more betrayed.
I hear you, ortenzia. I bash this piece of garbage every chance I get... in boards, at work, at home, at dinner parties, in church, etc. That's how much I hate Sony Offline Entertainment.
If I could, I'd put a hex on their Everquest/Everquest 2 servers to blow up in a puff of smoke (along with their backups). Their CEOs should then wind up broke and homeless in a 3rd world country with nothing to eat except expired pork by-products.

How could the "old NGE" return? Are you trying to say the Pre-NGE is returning? As in the CU?
