A Bugs Life - 1998 or 1999?

Did they make 2 A Bug's Life or something??
I don't understand at all......if you click on Hayden Pannetiere, it says she voiced Dot in A Bug's Life in 1998 n then it is listed again under 1999...but if u look at the pages for both, some of the voices/characters seem different although many are the same, including the voices of Dot and Flik.
Are there 2 versions?
I just watched the 1998 one (at least I think) ...

Movie: 1998, VideoGame: 1999 (hence the "VG" after the title).

A Bugs Life was released in the US in 1998, but in the UK it was released in 1999
