So...in the first half of the film, Angelique turns up to work late after the 'accident' on the moped and her friend is not pleased about the damage done to it. In the second half, when Loic learns of the 'accident,' he is told that the driver just fell off and fled. Surely they would have traced the bike to its owner and she couldn't have retrieved it to drive back to work then? Any thoughts?

the whole plot is really weak and full of "holes". actually this isn't a really well done film IMO.
i find very unrealistic the fact that a person who committed 2 murders (the lady and the wife's baby) and attempted other 2 could be released from medical treatment after 3 or 4 years. and if so, probably the police and loics family would be notified about it. not to mention that after found, the mosaic pills would obviously be informed to the clinic staff and she would be locked back for ever. but it's just a movie... and not a really good one.
