The janitor saw the pill rendition of the doctor and he didnt run to the asylum staff to yank her back in????

I cannot for the life of me work that out. Surely it was possible for the cleaner to see the medication collage, and then cut straight to Loic et al. It mad absolutely no sense to me that he would just clean it off like that, and IMO weakened the movie

Why would the painter care if an ex-patient was taking her medication? None of his concern. It looked like that didn't occur to him anyway and he was just amused by the portrait of a man.

We don't know what happens after the movie finishes, maybe the decorator mentions the collage in passing to a doctor and they piece it together ... but too late to stop the love rampage. I loved the ending.

I got the impression that the janitor was disgusted, but probably didn't want to get involved.

He picks a pill off like he wants to keep it.
