It's clever, but...

I liked the idea of showing events through her, and particularly her friends' perspectives. It makes it unlike most crazy stalker movies. Unfortunately since we know what's coming the first half is too easily decoded by the viewer and it seems like an exercise in cleverness rather than successfully reeling us in for a surprise when the truth is revealed. I liked it, but by its very nature it could never succeed in the way it tries to.

That's too bad :) I didn't and found it pretty damn good because of it.

I don't know why you assume all viewers knew what was coming. I did not - and I loved the twist!

I thought it was pretty good. I gather that the director was quite young at the time as well, which makes it quite impressive.

Americans don't make films like this really.

I didn't see the twist coming at all and there was no indication that one would even expect a twist. I was really amazed that the movie turned out to be totally what I didn't see coming.
I thought it was great.

I didn't know what was coming, but found other problems.
