plot twists too obvious? (spoilers)

did anybody else knew that she was imagining the whole thing from the start? I figured it out in less than 15 minutes from the beginning. Maybe I've just been watching too many "plot twist" movies, that could be it too.

I also would've liked for Loïc (I LOVE that name, btw) piece of the movie to be shorter, more towards the end of the movie. Now it starts about halfway into the movie, a bit long and drawn out. Would've been better if it were only the last quarter of the movie, and put more focuss on angelique's part in the beginning.

I did like the final plot twist (pills) but I already knew during the interview she was faking her mental health(typical for movies that center around an obsessed character) But it did make me wonder what they were making her swallow all those months (years?) there must've been at least 10 different kinds of pills in that mural!

I got confused. At one point it looked like she was being given electric shock therapy which should have rendered her like a dummy, but she was speaking lucidly at the end.
