Which chapters from the manga would you have wanted to see in the anime?

I would have wanted to see Dream, Dessert, Dummy, Disappearance, Duplication and D.

I haven't ever seen the show, so I don't know if they made these, but Dreizehn (My FAV), Despair, Desert, Devil, Dracula, Dual (My 2ND FAV!), and Day Nursery.

These are in addition to the ones you stated. :)

I would say that making all of them would be nice because the manga really has a good story too it and the anime doesnt really get any of the original story line in it...though i still love the anime. If i had to choose though i would choose Dreizehn, Dream, Dice, D, Duplication, and Deep( i think D with amnesia in the anime would have been adorable!!!) OH! And i liked Dracula!

All of them! The manga totally kicks ass. Even though the anime doesn't have the same line of story as the manga, I still think it is good. Too bad it was only 4 episodes. :S
