What is the name of that little bat thing that follows him around? Does he ever mention it? It's my favorite thing ever and I want to know what it's called. ^_^ OMFG SO CUTE.

His name is Q-chan, because of the noise he makes.
If you read the manga there's a lot more about him :)

And I agree, very cute ^_^

I read the manga, but was Q-Chan really a him? Or did Leon just see Q-Chan as a her?

Was that at the end of the Dracula chapter?

If so, then the female figure behind Leon was Norma. For some reason in bat form she looked pretty much the same as Q-chan so it was a little confusing.

Q-chan is definitely male. :)

The weird part of it for me is that here in sweden "bats" are called "fladdermus", which would be something like "flapping-mouse" when translated directly to english. And seeing that creature, a sort of mouse with flapping wings just makes me wonder if there's any connection there.

On the other hand, that's what bats could be described as anyways. A flying mouse or rodent. Some are called something like flying dogs too... but that's getting way off topic...
