Have you guys ever seen one that looks like his with the strap on the back. Ive been looking to buy one bc that thing looks pretty sweet. I have one the same length but with a belt instead on a strap and no buttons on the front I got a damn zipper.

I'm actually looking for the same kind of leather coat also and would like to buy one as well. I have a leather coat but the damn thing has elastic on the waist and doens't look right. I don't like those jackets. I'd rather much have one that goes below your waist and has no elastic on it.

I have one like it. I got it from Value Village, though, so, I don't know where you could go out and look for one. Moores has some leather jackets in a variety of styles, but they can hit high prices.
shareCheck thrift shops/consignment stores, as that style was popular awhile ago--like back in the 70s. You'll also find one cheaper that way.

It probably wouldn't look as impressive on me as on Max as I have a smaller frame and all. But still, the thing just emits confidence and power!
Well I have continued my search for the Max Payne jacket and still no luck in finding the one that just has that Payne vibe to it. If you guys find out anything about the coat or something similar let me know. I still see ones that look similar to the one used in Max Payne 2. But I think we can all agree that the one from Part 1 is the best and most unique.
yeah max payne 2's coat was great, i have one of those, but the max payne 1 coat was gorgeous.

So after looking at the character model along with the photos of the costume in the case on display. The Max Payne 1 jacket was definately double breasted like a pea coat but came down just a little bit past our fingertips. The problem is the strap on the back if you check on ebay you'll find alot of vintage 70's coats with that I haven't seen a new style coat with it. The MP2 jacket like my own is belted instead of the strap and zipper instead of buttons like MP2 it isn't as unique.
I wonder if I found a decent style leather pea coat you think a tailor could customize to add that strap on the back and make it look natural if I got the correct leather. What do you think?
