Interesting background sounds

Anyone ever notice all the background noises in this game, particularly in the early chapters? Like when youre in the hotels and stuff, you can hear doors slamming, toilets flushing, dogs barking, and people talking. Its a great addition to the detail of the game but i only recently paid it any attention.
