I couldn't agree more... But it's the Mexican BANDITO that you really have to watch out for...

But who did more damage to Asians: Chan, Suzy Wong, or Fu Manchu?

I think the title of your message should read "...African-Americans." Unless you know of some characters in the movie that actually come from Africa.
Sorry, don't mean to nitpick, but if you're going to be politically correct, don't be incorrect about it!

Africans? I didn't know any of the cast were from Africa.

well in order to be an "African-American" you would have to be a resident of both Africa and America which cant happen for two reasons....1)US does not recognize double residencies from countries in Africa...2)Africa is a continent and America is a country, you would have to be a resident of a country in Africa, not the whole continent. I will probably never understand why just being a black american, if a catagory is that important, wont suffice.
im looking forward to this movie, there's always something funny about an "r" rated cartoon and Bernie Mac is always funny
God bless

The term "African-American" is used to distiguish one self as a descendent of Africans (nation of origin) American (by birth-right). Just as those who were born in America but have Asian, Italien, Mexican, Irish... (etc) blood. It has nothing to do with dual nationality. My daughter, who was born in Germany in an American hospital, is of dual nationality based on the fact that I (an American citizen) and her mother (a German citizen) are her parents. She knows herself only as a German-American. Matter of fact, it doesn't matter where the parents are from. The parents could've been Russian, been naturalized American citizens and had there child in France. They would still have to go to the American Consulate and apply for a Certificate Of Birth Abroad (an American recognized birth certificate). By birth-right the child would be French. Nation of origin would be Russian, since both parents are Russian, and an American citizen as well. The point being is that people that use the term "African-American" choose to recognize there heritage. You walk up to a guy who's great-grandparents were from Sicily and say to him "Are you white?" He'll let you know he's a Sicillian, Italien, or Italien-American. If you don't believe it just try it. All in all, it really doesn't matter... I've been waiting for this movie ever since they had Ludacris and Lil' Kim casted a year or so ago. They shelved it and it looks like it has finally made it's way back to the big screen. To be honest, I'm tired of movies like Finding Nemo, or Spirit. We need a movie with more edge, more grittiness... and a more "Lil' Pimp Juice." That's all... L8er Sk8ers.

yeah, and Ralph Bakshi parodied the life of the pimp in Coonskin, and its a counter-culture classic of the 70's
so what are you saying?
SouthPark can parody and African Americans can't?
