this movie should be on top250

this movie is really be far one of the greatest films i have seen so far,

the acting was really mesmerizing, the scenes the story, everything superb

IMO, it was as good as amelie, the pianist and films such a like and should diserve the same fame as amelie,

i am not saying it is : most uber film of all time,

just that it as good as many other films in the top250 but sadly it is not well known which really surprises me

Have to strongly disagree. A sick, psycopathic, perverted little boy is obsessed with his sister. Not much happens really. Sure each character develops a bit in the film, but just a bit and both are really left unresolved.
Its really 100 minutes of watching this psycho boy continuously put his sister in grave peril, abusing her in the name of loving her. So many scenes are far fetched. This kid is the greatest escape artist of all time. Its really very silly. It is difficult to watch this sweet girl get abused and put in harm's way continuously for no good reason. This boy is one of the least likeable protaganists Ive seen in a long time. Id give this film a 3.5 out of 10.

A truly amazing film with absolutely stunning performances by both child actors. True, the story may be a bit hard on some viewers, popcorn entertainment this is not, but any tragedy is going to be like that. That's why they're called tragedies. Still, this is one of the best films I've ever seen, one of the strongest stories, and one whose main characters will remain with me for a very long time.

This film is too underrated and obscure to be considered for the top 250. Brilliant film, I must agree, but underrated. This is more deserving than some of the movies in that list (*cough* Amelie *cough*)!
