Yes. I bought a copy from the amazon.fr marketplace seller DeVeDePlus for EUR 4,99 + postage. It's in PAL with English subtitles. Although the box is marked R2, AnyDVD shows it locked to regions 1 to 6 + 8.

Absolutely stunning film.
