does anyone know the answer to the riddle of the 'romantic' song that the villager taught to the kid?
the kid says to the old guy 'i didn't understand the song' and the old guy leans toward him and whispers the answer to him.
at the end, the guy who knows the answer also whispers the one-word answer to his buddy.
does anyone know the one-word answer?

I realised that the film cuts between the old tailer singing the riddle and Luo and the little seamstress making love in the river. So it seems to suggest that that is was the riddle is about. Also the guys sort of snicker when the answer is whispered.

shareThe whole thingy doesn't make any sense tough, because Luo is told the answer to the riddle by the old bloke, upon which he smiles and says he fails to understand. And in the end Luo stresses again that he never understood the secret, after which his friend tells him the exact same answer again. And again Luo smiles. Doesn't make any sense, he didn't learn anything new.
