Does anybody know where to get the very first show? Bubbles wasn't a main character in that one from what I've read.

There was this on YouTube which was titled "Trailer Park Boys - The Movie 1999" and it lasted for about an hour but Swearnet blocked it so no one can see it now.

Torrent. Some people may not like that, but that's the only way to get it, so do what you've got to do. I bought the 'Complete Collection' and was pretty pissed that it wasn't actually complete so I did what I had to and burned it to a disc and I don't feel the least bit bad about it.

I tried torrenting but the ones I found didn't have any seeds. If you could upload it on Mega.co.nz, pCloud or any other hoster it'd be lovely to have a high quality version of the original pilot episode.
