It's not as good as it once was and did lose something. I love season 5 the most I think. The story was awesome, the humor was perfect, the women looked their best. Some people hate season 7 because it's a bit different but I think it's hilarious, my second favorite.
I didn't really like season 8, thought season 9 was better than 10 (if I remember correctly). BUT some of the earlier seasons weren't that great either, 6 felt incomplete, the earlier ones were of course really slow. One of the new problems now is because it's on Netflix the episodes are now about 8 minutes longer so they don't have to trim the fat. It's missing Trevor, Ray especially, and unfortunately the hilarious Philadelphia Collins and there's not enough struggle. They're too comfortable in the park with their business and it's become a circus rather than a neighborhood. It's like the gathering of Juggalos kind of greasy.
Clattenberg isn't directing these either, it sorta feels like no one is and the boys are just on their own while the rest of the cast just kinda shows up every once in a while as a shadow of themselves. It's still entertaining though because the main 3 are great together even without a script, but it feels a bit lazy as a show in these later seasons. I think they like it better this way, more freedom, but the show suffers because it feels there's just no...discipline. Haha, the animals took over the zoo!! I just watched their European Trip series on Netflix, I thought it was great.
