'I want to go to the Sky Way for a 'Sky High'!'

What actually was a "Sky High"? A stack of pancakes (Debby herself orders eggs, toast, hashbrowns and a jumbo-sized Coke)? Later in the scene (when Debby is bitching to her mother, Virginia, about Nicky), Virginia says "People are waiting for their 'Sky Highs'." Maybe it was just a term for breakfast? I know, I know ... the little things I fret over. Thanks anyway.

I feel it is safe to assume that the "Sky High" was a stack of pancakes, not only because of the fact that "sky high" brings to mind a meal that is piled up, which is indicative of a stack of pancakes to me, but also because she's holding two plates with a stack of pancakes on them when she says, "...[they're] waiting for their sky highs"

It's the pancakes. They call them Sky Highs, a "Sky High stack of pancakes"

"Sky high" sounds like something related to sex and/or drugs.
