Asako's ovarian cyst/fibroid

The doctor tells Asako that a fibroid/cyst is usually called a "sex callus" and says "you sleep around, you get germs in you". This is not professional. There is no proven connection between fibroids and germs. Not even as a rumour is this documented anywhere on Google or books I can find, nor the term "sex callus".
