Did the wife just poisoned the husband???

I dunno if anyone actually somewhat saw this coming or not, in the movie, but Well I am not even sure myself But...I think the wife just killed her husband herself...And by her husband, I meant Katsuhiro's Sister-in-law killing his brother.....by poisoning his food, or something. Does anyone agree? I need to KNOW. Coz if so, then man, she got GUTS. And a COLD HEART. Or maybe she's just tired. Of her husband.

It's a concussion after a motorcycle accident. People die suddenly because of concussions hours or even days after being conscious and seemingly stable. His death was so sudden she's just stunned and too numb to cry. There's absolutely no way she committed a murder.
