Anna's/the hitchhiker's Mother

Hey everybody!

I have a question about this movie: the credits list Christine Raffelsberg as Anna's Mother (the actual credits after the movie read "die Mutter der Autostopperin" - "the hitchhiker's mother").
I've seen this flick twice, but I can't figure out which of the women Anna drives or talks with is supposed to be her mother!
Any suggestions?

I think it's the woman who turns off the cassette tape Anna is playing. If I remember correctly, she talks about driving Anna around all the time. I couldn't have guessed she was her mother if it wasn't for the casting list here.

Near the end, Anna follows a praying woman through a field.
That's the one, I guess.
