Did this come out for PC?

I have a copy of GTA, and I can find copies of GTA2, GTA3, and GTA: VC wherever I go, but I've never seen this one. Did it ever come out for Windows?

I'm not sure but I think so. And if you buy grand theft auto: london for playstation 1, then you have to buy the original grand theft auto for playstation. thats required and sometimes they both come in a double pack.

You can download GTA1, GTA2, GTA London 1969 and a leser known GTA London 1961 for free from the rockstar site,
