Cast for American remake

Even though Hollywood would never in a million years think about remaking this, which they shouldn't because they would just screw it up,I'm just curious who would you cast as the family or which American actors do you think would be willing to tackle it?

"What" ain't no country I've ever heard of. They speak English in What?

How about Brandon Frasier?

He's not American, but I think Gary Oldman would be up to it. Johnny Depp as well.

The only American director that would come near this-well known director, I mean, not some unknown-would be Todd Solondz. «HAPPINESS». That was also a cringe/wince/discomfort fest.

No Hollywood actor would touch a comedy about necrophilia, scatophilia, incest, rape and murder, unless it was a cartoon like SOUTH PARK or DRAWN TOGETHER.
