'What Birds Are For'

I watched Blue Car last night on DVD and noticed that one of the poems, which I believe was the one being read by the poetry group on the school lawn, is credited to a Charles Smith. IIRC, it was "What Birds Are For", from A Light Indistinguishable From Darkness. (going from memory here, the dvd went back to Netflix already).

I googled that name and titles, but came up with nada. Anyone know where I can find this work?

And if anyone here ahd the dvd, would you mind checking the end credits to see if I have this info right? Thanks!

"The meaning of birds" from the book "Indistinguishable from darkness" by Charles Smith hope this helps (yes I'm aware of how old this post is, never know)
