No one may have ever asked this....

because it is quite a general question. I've always wondered, e.g. the Rigazzi Office, did they really build this office or do they take existing offices, rooms, buildings, houses for the shoots?

If build and propped, who decides the level of detail for such a house/room? I can't imagine someone putting so much effort into a tiny little office room for only a few minutes of movie time.

Please clarify.
