What would happen if Lisa and Charlie had another child?

Or does it need to be conceived on the space craft?

The aliens were no longer interested in Charlie or Lisa because they got what they wanted from them, so I don't see any reason another child would have to be conceived on a spaceship. There has been some debate on here as to whether or not Jacob was really conceived on a spaceship. It shows John & Sally go into the barn & then come out sometime later, but some think it would be impossible for an alien to breed with a human without the help of an alien laboratory. Back to Charlie & Lisa. I'm not so sure Ally wasn't the glue that was holding them together. So I don't really see them having another child

More than likely the Aliens don't worry because Lisa can't. Remember when she was giving birth she bleed a lot. The aliens saved her life and Allie's but giving birth could have left Lisa sterile.

well, good point, but it is nonetheless inconclusive. i think a second child is always a possibility. you could also factor in how the very conception of Allie was done on a spaceship, so things could've happened there to enhance her powers.

the other question is: would Charlie and Lisa even want to have another child, knowing that there's a possibility that the child might not be able to lead a normal life? also, would the government not want to keep tabs on Lisa, knowing she is 1/4 alien? even though the possibility for an Allie sibling is there, it comes amidst very harrowing circumstances.

also, from a meta-fiction point of view... making a sequel based on an Annie sibling may come across as a little cheesy. :P

I wondered the same at the end of the last episode. I think that the aliens taking their recording device back would mean a second child would be relatively normal. I noticed that Orion's belt is shown in the CGI sequences that bookend the series, with Allie's narration. I guess that is where she may have gone.
