Although the main complaint from hardcore fans of the show is that all the original cast exept Kelly and Evan are gone...after seeing the first episodie, it looks promising.
The new cast is interesting. The new guy is a spunk. You get to see what happens between Jamima and Evan, and Kelly and her uni boyfriend. And Christian and Talia the Scientologist.
If i had never watched Seasons 1 through 3, and started waqtching it at 4, I reckon it'd have grabbed my attention and I would have become a fan anyways.
But nobody beats Claudia Karvan's Alex. She is just the most amazing actress capable of so much depth and delivering so much subtext through the slightest facial expressions. The first season will always be the best. I still miss Gabby and Richard and Amanda and Will....
But still, it looks promising.
