Movie with same subject

There was an english (UK) movie with the same subject, a few years before this one. Probably made only for TV.

I only remember a few things: when the professor came to the particle accelerator facility he bent over to look between his legs in order to determine some type of radiation (i know how it sounds) and there was a black dude and a white chick having sex on a gate near the accelerator.

If someone has any ideas please post here. Thank you.

I remember seeing one a while back in which they have an accident at a containment facility. The black hole doesn't escape but it grows unstable. I just remember the increased gravity around the containment unit crushing a few people. Would quite like to re watch it but I can't find it.

I expect its too much to expect an insightful allegory of modern nuclear disasters/near-disasters.
