Nope, thats not it. 'Happyland' is the upbeat whistling song from the movie, the song we're looking for is the one with a guy singing "down by casta (costa?) Blanca, la la la la la la la...."

I think that is just something they made up at the spot. Tried a lyrical search and came up zilch. It should be Costa Blanca, btw.
