I've tried to watch 2 or 3 times and each time I have a hard time following what's going on. Not sure if it's due to poor English subtitles, or the plot is just confusing, or both. Probably both.
I loved the first 30 minutes or so. Absolutely loved it. Then after that I had to stop and ask myself if I honestly had any idea what was going on, and the answer was no...
The English subtitles were horrendous. It also seemed to have more dialogue than the typical film, or at least I felt as though I was reading so much dialogue, I'd rarely be able to really watch most of what was going on during the scenes. Sadly, I didn't rate the film as high as most of the other Korean films I've seen. I wanted to like it more, but I think the poorly translated subtitles really made it difficult to love. I could follow the story, but had a LOT of questions.
