Who was the voice of the dropship pilot?

Who did the voice of the Marines' Dropship Pilot? The one with the strong 'Spice Girls' type (is it called 'working class' or maybe Cockney?) English accent;

Not sure who it was, but it sounded pretty fake to me.
Also sounded a bit out of place, but then you must give them credit for adding variety.
(currently playing as Predator - such cool weapons)
Kinda strange that a british chick would be in the U.S. Colonial Marines, but then again, I know several canadians and a south african in the army and marines.
So. Guess it aint that unusual.
