Real rabies in humans

Do rabid humans attack other people in real life? Google results show some delirious looking people with bent limbs, but I don't know about the aggression.

I don't think so. I believe that's only in the movies.

Frothing Yes. Followed by muscle pain, mental confusion (i.e. Dementia), coma, then death.

Animals infected tend to lash out because they are in pain.

Rabies doesn't really do that to people. Even if the world were to be effected by rabies on a massive scale, people wouldn't turn into flesh eating zombies. Don't get me wrong, it would still be terrifying and devastating. But people would simply start dropping dead, but would experience horrible symptoms beforehand. Just search humans with rabies on YouTube and you'll see what I mean. Let me assure you, it wouldn't be a pleasant way to die. The closest thing to a real life zombie virus, is if a biohacker managed to infuse the flu virus with the rabies virus. It's actually been done before, but fortunately never used on the general public.
