new cast?
it looks like they had a cast from 2001-2001 then in 2003 they were all replaced except andy whats up?? it seems weird to get an entire new cast at the same time...

I'm the 2nd voice of Jen.
The reason behind that is that the first season season was co-produced with the US and the second was not - because of that, they had to re-cast using Canadian actors (probably has something to do with tax breaks as well).
The reason for Andy remaining the same is that he was a Candadian to begin with, and if I'm not mistaken, he also is one of the creaters of the show.
(I've never met him unfortunately cause he's in Vancouver and the rest of us are all in Montreal!)
