Remember 'Brimstone' 1998?

Plot of "Wanted" is suspisiously similar to "Brimstone" except "Wanted" is not SciFi. Félix Enríquez Alcalá was one of the the directors of "Brimstone". Wonder who owns the creation rights? I Liked "Brimstone" and I will probably watch "Wanted".
