Corny after school tv movie?

I read a post where someone claims this film is better than the Estonian film "Klass." I just don't get how some people think. There is no comparison to the realistic, hard-hitting "Klass" and this corny, melodramatic tv movie about a group of whiny American teens making a play about school shootings. One problem with "Bang Bang You're Dead" is that every frame looks and sounds like a movie, with it's corny, unrealistic dialogue and dramatic music cues..and of course; it's soft, completely ridiculous ending, where the "hero" saves the day at the last second, and.....nobody gets hurt. I'm assuming that the audience for these films is younger, and i hope that as they mature a bit they will be able to see through this manipulative crap. for those who have not had the chance yet, check out the film "Klass." There is not one insincere moment in the entire film. And it pulls no punches. And a film dealing with a subject as serious as this, should not shy away from the brutality. This one just made me angry, with all it's blatant, outdated stereotypes and its clean, neat little ending. This is just another film about teens, written and produced by people who seem to have no idea of what it is really like to be that age.

"IMdB; where 14 year olds can act like jaded 40 year old critics...'

Yeah, and the problem with Dracula is every page looks and feels like a book.

But I'm definitely going to check out Klass.

Can't stop the signal.
