Just watched this on BBC1. I had not heard of it but really enjoyed it. Its what I call a 'nice small British film' - and nothing wrong with that. At least they made no attempt to add a Yank into the story so they could flog it to American cinemas. Let's hope Pauline Quirk crops up in a new film soon. Loved it!
