Its a shame that it took so long. It was originally supposed to be released in Nov 2008 and then it was pushed to April of 2009. THIS TIME it is for REAL.
It's a shame it's not widely available in general.

In many areas of the US, there are Hollywood Video and Movie mart stores that are closing. I have found PV'd copies selling for as little as $2 in the final days of the sale. I wouldnt suggest waiting until the last day if you want a copy, but it is possible to find good deals on Tom & Thomas and many other movies.
