Netflix or Blockbuster queue?

After 6 years of movie collecting I stumbled upon this rarity by accident, Googling Yugoslvian movies or some such. Which looped over to Ebay and an Albanian movie store. Hurraahhh!

Bought this one and Tirana Year Zero, and both are so good and educational, immediately wondered why Slogans is not offered from Netflix nor Blockbuster?
The acting, pace, editing, production, everything is top notch and would be more than suitable offerings from an obscure Albania.

Slogans is a dark comedy and needn't be considered a parody because Hoxhas peculiar brand of communism was a caricature of his personality, thus the absolute absurdities and dangers.
