Can anyone tell me the title and artist/s of the song played at the end of the film, as the credits begin to roll. Oh, and caught this great little film the other night. Surprised to see it on Encore.

Can't believe nobody replied to this one. The music in this film is absolutely beautiful, hope you managed to discover the artist and song by now, but if you didn't, it's "Drive Home", by Neil Finn and Edmund McWilliams.
