I have read on amazon that there was an inside cover slip that gives a kind of introducing facts of this. Saw it included on Ebay. Yet when I bought mine from the store it had been MIA. Any reason why this is?

The little see-through plastic card with blue letters? If the store you bought it from is the kind that inserts the discs into the cover "on demand", they might've forgot to insert it.

I ordered my copy from Amazon and they didn't include it either.

unfortunately i got mine from tower records which has now become defunct. i had to go on ebay and order a used one which has it. hopefully will get here shortly. may, wait, may just email tower...
