Unanswered questions

Why do these movies never gives answers to all the question?

Was the guy who was controlling the flies infected himself? If not, how could he control them? And even if he was, it would still be interesting to know how he did it.
And would Jesse as a queen have been different from others, of would the only difference be that she was hanging aorund with the boss? And how could she escape so easy when it would be so easy for him to take her?
How was it possible to infect somebody simply by scratching their leg?
What would happen to the bodies after a few days, or weeks? Was the swarm who shouted Jesse's name at the end the swarm intelligence of their leader? The leader was obvious fused with the flies at least mentally. If he had flies inside him as well, it could mean that his whole personality was absorbed by the swarm, and that he was living through them. So why were the others behaving like zombies? One of them tried to say "die" to Jesse, so maybe their intelligence would have regained gradually.

And Jesse was my favorite already from the start.
