Bulworth?

Hate to say it, but early in the movie I was thinking "what's the relationship between this story and Bulworth." In the latter movie a politician gets sick of life, buys a contract on his own head, runs a reckless campaign, hooks up with Halle Berry, has a life that seems living again, and just when everything is going his way is gunned down. Emmett's Mark seems slightly different, but the core is the same. Bulworth came out in 1998, this one in 2002. One thing this movie DOES have is Khandi. I guess trading Halle for Khandi is a pretty even trade from this guy's point of view. Khandi SHOULD be an investigator on TV. She's so perfect in this movie.
