well my dad was married twice before i was born, and he has two daughters from his first marriage. Karen and Jen are both from his first marriage. Karen was portrayed by Tilden, and Jen was portrayed by Elizabeth. Elizabeth perkins played Joan, my dads ex wife. she got divorced to him and he married my current mother and Joan got remarried to "Nick" whose name in real life escapes me at the moment. but yeah i was adopted after my two siblings, from my current mother and fathers marriage, were born, i'm actually about 12 years younger than them.

yeah it is kinda weird. well it would be weirder if the actors had their names. And yes they were raised by "nick" for a few years, but they did eventually come to live back with my mom and dad. and now Karen lives in New York and actually just had a baby last night, and Jen lives in Malibu and has two children
