if the show wuz set in japan and this wuz tha first american showing, and chainsaw charlie wuz already a favorite, then why are all the slashers white?

Never thought of that. Anyhow, the movie is flawed in much larger ways than this, but it's still a lot of fun. Especially when drunk. By God, there should be a law against watching this movie sober. Now that the right people have taken over Congress, I'm pretty sure there will be one, soon.

I can't remember if it's in the movie or if it's on the deleted scene on the dvd, but during the "commercial break" just before Rebecca kills Preacherman, he breaks character for a moment and talks to her. During the conversation, it's revealed he was an ex-con that was offered a lot of money. Perhaps that's the same with the other slashers.
