This movie was a really shity!
i don´t have a clue why anyone botherd to make it, and how they got a actor like john cleese in the cast
its crap, don´t watch it, whatever you do!
yeah well... John Cleese was in Harry Potter too and that was a complete abomination! He seems to have a penchant for crappy movies lately.
shareI don't know what your idea of a good movie is but you have no taste in movies. You can tell how smart someone is by how much back up they have to their statement. Provide a reason this movie was bad or shut up.
This was an original and quite entertaining movie. Well cast and acted and also very funny.
My idea of a good movie is a movie with a good story,good acting,good directing and entertaing to watch, so everything this piece of *beep* was not.
If you want more reasons then here is some:The whole movie has NO meaning, no message, it does not give any emotions, it just is!
The characters are all borning(exept john cleeses character in some scenes)and they dont do much and whatever they do, they do it SLOW
The movie begins with a bit from the end, an attempt to make it more intressting but just ends up looking like some amature had directed it.
And i can find alot more mistakes and reasons why this movie sucks your mothers balls if u want to hear them.
Everyone has an opinion... my response is geared toward your lack of class, vocabulary, & education. Perhaps you didn't get a message or a meaning from this film, but that doesn't mean that it didn't exist. This movie is about something. It's about three different groups of people trying to get ahead for different reasons. Most of them self serving, but all of them the masses can relate to: greed, revenge, a better life. What is it you do that makes you such an enlightened one? If you're going to critique something that you feel is lacking, maybe you should begin with proper syntax & basic literary skill. Like I said, everyone has an opinion.
shareFrankly, Scorched is a waste of all the talent it under-represents in its cast. The characters, if they were the point, were one-dimensional, if that. They were so shallow it became confusing. The empty looks on Silverstone, Krumholtz and Silverstone's vacant love interest seemed to dispay that they did it for the money or as a favour to Grazer (or his brother).
Cleese is hamming it up yet again, Rachael Leigh Cook supplies eye-candy. But they're all one-schtick ponies. Woody Harrelson is practically just a haircut.
This movie is a badly-made, hackneyed waste of time. I do enjoy wasting time, though.

Well I suppose you probably think that if a movie isn't packed with computer graphics and catchy one-liners, that is isn't worth your time. Its unfortunate that you cant reply with a reason for such a statement, but with such a screen name, you probably dont feel obligated.
shareI'm sorry but this movie sucked. It was like some sort of sub par Farrelly Brothers film and believe me that takes some doing. Some of the jokes and so-called comedy situations were excruciating. The story was rubbish, I myself have written several better. Only joking, but this type of plot where different stories merge into one is overused these days.

The movie to me was 'Snatch' in an 'Office Space' environment. I agree that I didn't care about any of the characters and they were all pointless (If you took out any one of them would the movie have been any different?). I'd say the movie was slightly below average. I wouldn't say its the worst ever ('A View from the Top' is). But watch Snatch instead, the characters are more tightly woven together, it's funnier, and it has more action. Scorched was Snatch for a preteen audience.

I agree. This was $hit! Oh my god what a horrible movie. I only watched it because it was on Comedy Central in the middle of the day and nothing else was on. Who likes phucking $hit a$$ movies like this? Ya'll smoke that crack rock too much.
sharei caught it on comedy central too. the movie was entertaining enough, could have been better, but i've seen worse.

Not the worst movie ever lol but not a good movie by any means. Unoriginal, stale, dull and tired. Characters were poor, blah blah i just watched it on CC cuz im bored but yeah good if your stoned and have NOTHING to do but dont waste your time
