Great Movie not sure about what the Weird Violent bent is about

So have your read Hamlet or MacBeth or Romeo and Juliet? Not exactly tame material. The Revergers Tragedy is based on a play by Thomas Middleton, and it was rendered wonderfully to the screen in this modern day story telling. The topic of the movie is Revenge...as it the title. It isn't a walk in the park on a sunny summer's day, but it reflects the violence in a futuristic society, that seems to be influnced by the punk movement in England... but it is about a violent topic. Wonderful movie, not sure some people can understand this concept as it isn't the typical story line of boy meet girl...or a cowboy movie....but I digress.
